These terms cover the Auto Invoice Generator desktop application and this website. By downloading or using the software you agree to them.
Auto Invoice Generator is licensed, not sold. A paid license key lets you activate the app on a limited number of your own devices (shown at purchase). Subscription licenses (monthly or yearly) remain valid while the subscription is active; lifetime licenses are perpetual for the purchased major product. You may move activations between your devices by deactivating in Settings → License.
The 14-day trial includes all features, once per device, without an account. After it ends, PDF exports are watermarked and AI features pause until a license is activated.
Don't redistribute, resell, or share license keys; don't attempt to circumvent licensing; don't use the software unlawfully. We may revoke keys that are leaked, resold, or obtained fraudulently.
The built-in assistant generates content with local AI models. AI can make mistakes — amounts, dates, names, and tax figures must be reviewed before you send an invoice. The invoices you issue, including their legal and tax correctness, are your responsibility.
The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the software is limited to the amount you paid for your license in the preceding 12 months. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
